Dear colleagues 

I am pleased to tell you that ARP International has decided to intoduce a new communication policy which will help you reduce your email overload and-also create better relationships with your clients and co-workers. 

In fact, we have decided to ask you to stop sending emails on Fridays. We believe this will encourage you to organize phone and face-to-face communications. 

Of course, we also understand that sometimes, you may have to use your phone to text your clients because you are in a hurry, for example when you are about to sign a contract.  

This new policy will start at the beginning of next month and we hope that you are as excited as we are to start this new email-free journey together.
